1. Steel gutter

The bottom of the trench and the top of the column are welded intermittently, and the bottom of the trench and the top of the column are welded and fixed to increase the overall firmness. It can also be secured by wire rope and wall beam or gutter bracket.

The key lies in the treatment of the nozzle. When opening the hole, attention should be paid to the position of the support and avoid it as far as possible so as to reduce the amount of fittings of the downspout. For the welded metal which is obviously higher than the gutter, grind until it is basically flat. In order to prevent the occurrence of water accumulation at the nozzle, a big hammer can be used to smash the nozzle down a bit, so as to facilitate drainage.

As for paint, attention should be paid to whether the welding slag is cleaned up. If the welding slag is cleaned by iron brush, it should be remembered to use rust-proof paint to repair it. At the same time, a neoprene rubber should be painted on the inside of the steel plate trench for anticorrosive treatment.

2. Stainless steel gutter

The basic installation and opening requirements are roughly the same as steel plate gutter.

We should pay attention to the fact that the stainless steel trench is formed by folding, so there is inevitable size deviation. Try to adjust the gap at the junction to a minimum.

If the gap is too big to be fully welded with welding wire, the edge filler can be used for splicing. Attention should be paid to the welding around the splicing point, while ensuring that the edge filler without leakage welding.

3, color steel plate gutter

Generally speaking, there are two parts for fixing the color plate gutter: 1. The inner gutter plate is connected with the roof panel by self-tapping nails or riveted by pulling rivets; 2. The outer gutter plate is first connected by gutter rivets.

The overlap of the board and the board is treated with neutral sealant. Pay attention to the cleaning of the overlap surface. After gluing and standing for a period of time, the gel solidification can move.
